Our Internships for students from the University of Arizona and Pima County Community College will be updated this semester. Here are some examples of what the job descriptions have looked like in previous semesters.

Internship in Outreach/Incoming Student Support 

 

Relevant Skills: 

Engaging personality

Good verbal communication skills

Social media knowledge

Ability to work collaboratively

 

Job requirements:

Work with Pastor Hannah to compile list of incoming students

Maintain contact with incoming students interested in campus ministry

Offer support and encouragement

Help build a strategy to keep students connected

Assist in following up with students

Collaborate/meet regularly with Pastor Hannah and other intern(s)

Monitor updates from school to ensure FW website/social media relevant

Create engaging social media 

Help to manage social media presence and communication 

Provide scripture based encouragement through social media

Collaborate/meet regularly with Pastor Hannah and other intern(s)
